We are also a Registered Building Practitioner, which means every project is covered by the statutory builder's warranty required under Victorian law — giving you full peace of mind.

If something does need to change, we will always discuss it with you openly before proceeding.

Timelines vary depending on the scope and complexity of the project. A custom new home typically takes between 9 and 18 months from permit approval to handover. Extensions and renovations can range from 6 weeks to 6 months. During your initial consultation, we will provide a detailed project schedule tailored to your specific build so you always know what to expect and when.
