Areas We Build
We build new homes, extensions and renovations across Melbourne's inner west, from Footscray, Seddon and Yarraville to Williamstown, Altona and Sunshine. The same family team, fixed-price contracts and quality we've been known for since 1993.
Choose your suburb below to see how we approach new homes, extensions and renovations there, including the local housing, council and planning considerations.
Suburbs
Footscray has Victorian and Edwardian workers' cottages, weatherboards and brick homes close to the centre, with post-war homes further out and plenty of new development around the station.
Yarraville is known for its weatherboard workers' cottages and Victorian homes on narrow blocks, especially around the village, with heritage overlays across several precincts.
Sunshine is largely post-war housing on generous blocks, with brick and weatherboard homes from the 1950s and 60s and a growing number of new homes and townhouse developments.
Seddon is a small inner-west suburb of Victorian and Edwardian workers' cottages on narrow lots, with heritage overlays across much of it.
West Footscray has weatherboard cottages, interwar homes and post-war houses, generally on larger blocks than the suburbs closer to the city.
Kingsville is a small suburb of weatherboard cottages and interwar homes between Yarraville and West Footscray.
Maidstone is mostly post-war homes, with a lot of townhouse development replacing original houses.
Maribyrnong mixes older homes with newer developments near the river, including townhouses, apartments and some sloping sites.
Kensington has Victorian terraces and workers' cottages on narrow lots, with heritage overlays across much of the suburb.
Spotswood is a small suburb of weatherboard workers' cottages and interwar homes between Yarraville and Newport.
Newport has Victorian and Edwardian weatherboards and brick homes, interwar houses and some post-war homes, with heritage overlays in parts of the suburb.
Williamstown is one of Melbourne's oldest suburbs, with Victorian and Edwardian homes, extensive heritage overlays, and coastal conditions near the bay.
Altona North is mostly post-war homes on large blocks, with plenty of knockdown rebuilds and unit developments.
Altona is a bayside suburb with post-war homes, newer builds and some older beach-side houses. Parts of it are low-lying near the coast.
