Almost all extensions need a building permit. Some also need a planning permit from Merri-bek City Council, for example where a heritage overlay applies or depending on your lot and zoning. We check your property's controls before quoting and manage the permits for you.

Yes. Our director, Ninos Mikhael, holds VBA licence CDB-U 72840 and is a registered building practitioner. Every project is covered by the statutory builder's warranty required under Victorian law.
