Brunswick West's slightly larger blocks give more room for a well-designed new home than Brunswick's narrow lots. We design to suit the street and any planning controls, and build at a fixed price.
Brunswick West mixes Victorian and Edwardian cottages, interwar homes and post-war houses, with blocks generally a little larger than in Brunswick proper.
