NMB Homes is a second-generation family builder based in Coburg North. We've been building in Melbourne's inner north and inner west since 1993, under fixed-price contracts, with Ninos personally involved in every job.

It depends on the work. Structural changes, re-stumping and some plumbing work usually need a building permit, while cosmetic work often doesn't. If your home is under a heritage overlay, external changes may need a planning permit from Merri-bek City Council. We tell you exactly what's needed at your consultation.

Yes. Our director, Ninos Mikhael, holds VBA licence CDB-U 72840 and is a registered building practitioner. Every project is covered by the statutory builder's warranty required under Victorian law.
