Renovations · Oak Park 3046
We renovate Oak Park homes with new layouts, bathrooms and finishes, and update the parts you can't see, like wiring, plumbing and insulation.
Oak Park has interwar and post-war homes, mostly brick and weatherboard, on established blocks near the Moonee Ponds Creek.
NMB Homes is a second-generation family builder based in Coburg North. We've been building in Melbourne's inner north and inner west since 1993, under fixed-price contracts, with Ninos personally involved in every job.
Local Knowledge
Good-sized blocks suit both extensions and rebuilds.
There's a mix of construction styles, and each needs a different approach to structure and services.
We're based nearby in Coburg North.
What's Included
We manage your renovation from the first consultation to handover, so you deal with one team, not a string of trades.
Renovations typically take between 6 weeks and 6 months, depending on scope. We give you a detailed schedule at your consultation, so you know when each room will be back in use.
Questions
It depends on the work. Structural changes, re-stumping and some plumbing work usually need a building permit, while cosmetic work often doesn't. If your home is under a heritage overlay, external changes may need a planning permit from Merri-bek City Council. We tell you exactly what's needed at your consultation.
